Last updated: 10 May 2026
These terms explain the basis on which SpideyWeb Ltd provides information through this website and may provide website design, development, hosting, SEO, cloud, network, IT support and related services. Project-specific proposals, statements of work or support agreements may include additional terms.
About SpideyWeb

Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful business enquiry and information purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale or use it in a way that infringes rights or breaks the law.
Services and proposals
Information on this website is general. A service is only agreed when SpideyWeb confirms the scope, price, deliverables and timescales in writing. Quotes may depend on assumptions, client input, supplier costs and technical requirements.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, access, content and approvals when needed.
- Confirm that supplied text, images, logos, data and materials may be used lawfully.
- Keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly about suspected issues.
- Review deliverables and raise issues within agreed review periods.
Payments
Fees, deposits, milestones, recurring charges and payment dates should be set out in the relevant quote, invoice or agreement. Late payment may delay work, support or launch activities.
Content, intellectual property and licences
Unless agreed otherwise, client-supplied content remains the client’s responsibility. SpideyWeb may use open-source software, third-party services, stock assets or licensed tools where appropriate. Ownership and licence details for custom work should be confirmed in the project agreement.
Hosting, maintenance and third-party services
Hosting, domains, email, analytics, payment providers and other third-party services may be subject to their own terms, availability, security practices and pricing. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes outside our control.
SEO and performance
SpideyWeb can improve technical foundations, content structure, metadata, local signals and page performance, but search rankings, traffic, enquiries and sales cannot be guaranteed because they depend on search engines, competition, user behaviour and many external factors.
Support
Support is provided according to the agreed support plan, project terms or reasonable availability. Critical incidents should be reported with clear details so they can be triaged effectively.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, SpideyWeb is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data caused by client or third-party actions, or issues outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
